AIR CONDITIONING: Air conditioning: compressor, compressor clutch, clutch coil, evaporator, condenser, AC control module, and AC dash control module on vehicles with factory installed air conditioning originally equipped with R134a.

STEERING - Steering gear, rack and pinion assembly, and all internal parts. Power steering cooler and lines. Power steering pump.

SUSPENSION - springs, control arms, and ball joints. Air suspension: bags, sensors, and pump.

BRAKES - All brake components, including all components of the anti-lock brake system, except linings, pads, rotors, and drums.

TOWING - If your vehicle must be towed because a covered component has failed, towing to the nearest qualified repair center is covered up to a maximum of fifty dollars.

LABOR - Labor charges are based on industry accepted flat rate time to repair or replace a covered component up to one hundred dollars per hour.

FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel pumps, fuel injectors, fuel rails, fuel pressure regulator, factory installed turbo/supercharger.

FLUIDS: Up to one hundred dollars fluid allowance on covered repairs including R134a refrigerant.

DIAGNOSTIC CHARGES: Up to two hours or one hundred dollars diagnostic fee (whichever is less).

DEDUCTIBLE - One Hundred dollars deductible.

CLAIM PROCEDURES

Your vehicle must be at a repair center in order for a claim to be opened.

Once the vehicle is at the repair center, have the repair center call Claims Department at (800) 356-9441. You are responsible to have the repair center call with an estimate of repairs, before any work begins. The warranty holder is responsible for all charges relating to the tear down and diagnosis of the vehicle.

If it is determined that a covered component has failed and the estimate for the repairs is agreed upon by our adjuster, an authorization number will be issued by us for the repair. The authorization number must appear on all receipts submitted for payment. Authorization numbers are valid for 180 days from the date issued. No invoices will be processed for reimbursement without a valid authorization number.

Under this used vehicle limited warranty/service contract, the warranty company will reimburse you for the repair or replacement of any component covered by this agreement that is found to be defective or worn beyond service limits, including through normal wear and tear. Maximum reimbursement per repair authorization will not exceed three thousand dollars. total reimbursements over the contract life will not exceed the vehicles purchase price.

Repair estimates can be done at any qualified repair shop you chose. Emergency repairs done outside of working hours may be submitted to Customer Service with a letter of explanation for payment consideration.

REPAIR FACILITY LOCATIONS

You may have your vehicle repaired at any licensed repair center anywhere is US. Please be sure that the repair center calls Customer Service at (800) 356-9441 during normal business hours, 9AM - 5PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday to open a claim prior to repairing your vehicle.

Terms of Sale Overview

We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $300 non-refundable deposit within immediately of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Documentation fee $160 (which includes a temporary tag fee of $10.50) will be incurred in all sales. 1st CLASS IMPORTS must receive tax payments from OHIO residents at their county's tax rate.

ATTENTION OUT OF STATE BUYERS: State of Ohio is now charging sales tax on behalf of following states:

ARIZONA

CALIFORNIA

FLORIDA

INDIANA

MASSACHUSETTS

MICHIGAN

SOUTH CAROLINA ($300 tax cap)

WASHINGTON

If you are a resident of one of those states we'll charge you sales tax at your local rate or 6% which ever is less. The taxes will then be paid to your state at the time of title transfer. YOU WILL NOT BE DOUBLE TAXED!

THIS VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD “AS-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY FROM 1^ST CLASS IMPORTS. THE BUYER WILL BEAR THE ENTIRE EXPENSE OF REPAIRING OR CORRECTING ANY DEFECTS THAT MY OCCUR ON THIS VEHICLE. Manufacturer warranty may still apply if active. Extended warranties purchased from 1^st Class Imports are sold though Penn Warranty Corporation, and all issues and any work should be addressed directly to warranty company.

All our vehicles are lease returns or prior rentals from trusted sources. We don’t sell salvage, or manufacturers buy back vehicles. We purchase our vehicles at auctions through their off-lease sources only. All our vehicles are guaranteed to have a clean title in all states. Also most lease vehicle will have some prior paintwork done regardless of the accident history, such work is usually done by a professional body shop. The bottom line is we have inspected, test-driven, and are certain that our customers will be satisfied with this vehicle as much as any other in our inventory. We work very hard to deliver the best vehicles at the best prices to all our customers. Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. All our vehicles get a detailed cleaning inside and out and will look their best at the delivery time. Some vehicles may need regular maintenance such as brakes and/or tires, but we usually service all our cars if they are still under factory warranty and are due for scheduled maintenance. Buyers are welcome to have independent inspections done on the vehicles of their interest prior to purchasing, all fees associated with such inspections must be paid prior to vehicle being inspected. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
